OPTION 1 - Bennetts Water Gardens and Abbotsbury Sub-Tropical Gardens
Perfect for visitors arriving in Portland Harbour or Weymouth, this full day takes you to the home of the UK's national collection of water lilies at Bennetts Water Gardens and then on to Abbotsbury Sub-Tropical Gardens with thirty acres to explore.

OPTION 2 - Magnificent Stourhead (house and gardens)
A full day leaving from Portland, Weymouth or Dorchester to visit the magnificent landscaped gardens and house at Stourhead in Wiltshire. This world-famous landscape garden has at its centrepiece a magnificent lake reflecting classical temples, sub-terranean grottoes and rare and exotic trees. The Palladian Mansion for which they were designed has a unique Regency library, Chippendale furniture and nationally important paintings.

OPTION 3 - Forde Abbey (house and gardens) and Mapperton (Garden and re-wilding project)
Forde Abbey started life in the 12th century as a Cistercian monastery, becoming a stately home in the 17th. Today, it is renowned for its beautifully preserved monastic architecture and expansive 30 acre gardens, including England's highest water fountain. Mapperton Gardens offer a tranquil escape with 15 acres of formal and wild landscapes featuring an Italianate garden with topiary, fountains and an orangery, descending to an arboretum and wild garden that reflect centuries of horticultural evolution.
