Cooked ham from British free-range pigs with English mustard,

lettuce, tomato and home-made mayonnaise

Bacon, Brie & Avacado

Unsmoked back bacon from British free-range pigs, French brie

and avacado

Tuna & Sweetcorn

Sustainably caught tuna with home-made mayonnaise and sweetcorn

Cheddar & Picallili

English cheddar cheese with Dorset Picalilli (v)

Cakes

All our cakes are home-made using Wessex Mill flour and local free-range eggs

Sticky Ginger Cake

A delicious, sticky ginger cake made to an old family recipe

Rich Cherry Cake

A Madeira-style cake with glace cherries

Flapjack

Our own buttery, chewy flapjack recipe made with butter, syrup, Scottish oats and a hint of ginger
