Sandwiches

All our sandwiches are freshly prepared on the morning of your walk.  Choose from wholemeal or white bread, home-baked using Wessex Mill flour.  Gluten-free option also available.

Egg & Cress

Free-range eggs from happy hens on a local small-holding with

home-made mayonnaise and Dorset watercress

Ham & Mustard

Home-cooked ham from local, free-range pigs with English mustard 

Cheddar & Piccalilli

The Open-Air Dairy (at Littlebredy) mature cheddar with home-made piccalilli 

Smoked Mackerel Pate

Smoked mackerel creamed with local cream cheese, a touch of horse-radish and Dorset chives

Cream Cheese & Red Pepper

Creamy Dorset cream cheese with roasted red peppers

Cakes

All our cakes are home-made using Wessex Mill flour, local free-range eggs and local or at least British ingredients wherever possible.

Sticky Ginger Cake

A delicious, sticky ginger cake made to an old family recipe

Rich Cherry Cake

A Madeira-style cake with glace cherries

Dorset Apple Cake

A traditional Dorset favourite made with our own Bramley apples when in season, sultanas and a touch of cinnamon

Courgette Cake

Sounds strange, tastes delicious!  A traditional English tea-bread with an unusual twist.  Home-grown courgettes in season with sultanas and chopped nuts, spread with salted butter

Flapjack

Our own buttery, chewy flapjack recipe made with butter, syrup and Scottish oats

Crisps

A packet of sea salt and cracked black pepper crisps, from Burt's in Devon
